Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Riyadh for a Laboratory Manager at Al Mumayaz Soil Testing Lab (AML). The Laboratory Manager will oversee daily laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with quality control protocols, proper use of laboratory equipment, and adherence to industry standards. Responsibilities include managing laboratory staff, coordinating and supervising soil testing procedures, maintaining accurate records, analyzing test results, and contributing to research and development efforts to enhance testing methodologies.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Quality Control and implementing quality assurance processes in a laboratory environment
• Strong knowledge and handling of Laboratory Equipment and proficiency in Laboratory Skills
• Proficient Analytical Skills with a demonstrated ability to analyze data and ensure accurate results
• Experience in Research and Development (R&D), working on improving laboratory procedures and testing methodologies
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Degree in Civil Engineering, or related field Lab experience preferred)
• Previous experience in a managerial role within a testing lab or equivalent environment
• Knowledge of industry standards and safety practices for laboratory operations
