Position Overview
The IT & Network/Server Engineer will handle networking infrastructure, server setup, system administration, and overall IT environment optimization. This role is critical as the company migrates its ERP to a private server.
Key Responsibilities
• Set up, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers.
• Configure network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPN, Firewalls, VLANs).
• Ensure server security, backups, and disaster recovery protocols.
• Manage domain, DNS, email, and cloud/hybrid networking.
• Install and maintain operating systems (Linux and/or Windows Server).
• Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.
• Support the ERP migration process and work closely with the Odoo Developer.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• 3+ years in IT networking, system administration, or server management.
• Strong knowledge of server virtualization (VMWare, Proxmox, Hyper-V).
• Experience with Linux servers (Ubuntu, Debian) and networking equipment (Cisco, Fortinet, Mikrotik).
• Hands-on experience with firewalls, routing, VPNs, and security protocols.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve network issues quickly.
