HCO works on a wide range of project types, including residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, retail, and healthcare.

We are currently seeking an experienced
Resident Engineer (Architecture) to join our team in AlUla.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in architectural supervision, design compliance, and heritage sensitive project delivery within the Saudi Arabian market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure architectural works comply with approved designs, heritage guidelines, and client requirements.
  • Supervise on-site construction to maintain design integrity and quality standards.
  • Review and approve architectural shop drawings, material submittals, and related documents.
  • Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and heritage teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Monitor site progress, workmanship, and materials to ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Conduct site inspections and prepare technical and progress reports.
  • Ensure adherence to Saudi building codes and conservation principles.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in architecture.
  • 13+ years of architectural supervision experience, preferably in Saudi
  • Arabia.
  • Experience in heritage-sensitive or landscape-integrated projects.
  • Knowledge of heritage conservation principles and regional architectural
  • styles.
  • Strong technical and communication skills.
  • SCE registration preferred.
