Key Responsibilities – Creative Leadership, Art Direction, Branding

• Creative Strategy: Develop and execute forward-thinking visual concepts that align with Nice one's mission, vision, and business goals across online and offline channels.
• Team Collaboration: Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of designers, photographers, and content creators to produce cohesive and innovative campaigns.
• Brand Stewardship: Uphold and evolve Nice one's visual brand identity, ensuring brand consistency and excellence in all creative outputs.
• Campaign Development: Oversee the full creative process for marketing initiatives, product launches, in-store displays, digital assets, and social media visuals, from concept through execution.
• Feedback & Quality Control: Review designs and provide constructive feedback, maintaining high standards of quality, originality, and inclusivity in all creative materials.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams and third-party agencies, guiding projects to completion on schedule and within budget.
• Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends in art direction, design, and e-commerce to keep Nice one at the forefront of retail innovation in Jeddah and beyond.

Required Skills And Qualifications – Art Direction, Design, Jeddah

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or related field; advanced certifications or continuing education in art direction are a plus.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in art direction or senior creative roles within retail, e-commerce, advertising, or similar creative environments.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and contemporary design tools, with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative leadership and conceptual strength.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to guide creative discussions and present ideas to stakeholders in Riyadh and across KSA.
• Demonstrated experience leading, motivating, and developing gender-neutral, inclusive creative teams.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Fluency in Arabic required; proficiency in English is highly valued.
