Requirements»       Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or related field (MBA is amajor plus).»       Minimum 10 years of total professional experience in banking,fintech, or financial services.»       Minimum of 5 years of experience in KSA in a similar positionor as Sales/Account Manager with proven results.»       Strong track record of managing P&L and deliveringcommercial results.»       Proven success in building pipelines and closing contracts.»       Deep understanding of the Saudi financial services market andregulatory framework.»       Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.»       Ability to work in a fast -paced, multicultural environment.»       Strategic leadership with commercial acumen.»       Strong relationship -building and client -facing skills.»       Excellent negotiation and contract management.»       Results -driven with focus on execution.»       Cultural awareness and adaptability within KSA business practices.»       Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills in English. Arabic proficiency is a must.
