Job Description:

TCS Saudi is looking for a motivated
Payroll Specialist
with 1–3 years of experience to manage end-to-end payroll operations using
SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
. The ideal candidate will support accurate payroll execution, data validations, system updates, and integration activities between SAP ECP and SuccessFactors EC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute end-to-end payroll processing in
    SAP ECP
    for assigned regions/entities.
  • Validate and reconcile payroll inputs including employee master data, time, leave, and benefits integration from
    SAP SuccessFactors EC
    .
  • Perform payroll audits and reconciliations, including bank files, GL postings, and tax-related reports.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure smooth data flow and resolve payroll-related issues.
  • Maintain and update payroll configuration, wage types, and related settings in SAP ECP as required.
  • Handle employee payroll queries and support month-end and year-end payroll activities (tax filings, form generation, etc.).
  • Support system upgrades, testing, and validation for SAP ECP and EC integrations.
  • Ensure strict data confidentiality, security, and compliance with internal controls and company policies.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in
    Payroll Processing
    , preferably using
    SAP ECP / SAP HR / SuccessFactors
    .
  • Basic understanding of payroll concepts, statutory compliance, and payroll controls.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in the Saudi payroll environment is an advantage.
