A prominent Law Firm in Riyadh is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Legal Consultant to join its professional team. The candidate must demonstrate advanced legal expertise and professional competence according to the following criteria:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Advisor based in Riyadh. The Legal Advisor will be responsible for providing expert legal advice, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and addressing diverse legal issues. The role includes ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, advising on legal risks, and collaborating with internal teams to address regulatory and contractual matters.

Professional Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of eight (8) years of actual professional experience within licensed law firms in Riyadh.
  • Core Competencies: Direct practice in providing legal consultations and drafting legal memos, pleadings, and contracts.
  • Legal Knowledge: Thorough understanding of Saudi Regulations (Laws) and judicial procedures before competent courts.
  • Analytical Skills: High capability in legal analysis and providing reasoned legal opinions formulated in a precise professional style.
  • Certifications: Professional certification or accreditation related to the legal field is preferred.
  • Professionalism: Seriousness, discipline, and full commitment to professional ethics and institutional work requirements.

Nature of Work & Responsibilities:

  • Consultation: Providing legal opinions and advice on Civil, Commercial, and Labor cases.
  • Drafting: Reviewing and drafting legal memos, contracts, and agreements.
  • Strategic Support: Supporting the litigation team with specialized legal opinions and contributing to building legal strategies for cases.
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field from an accredited institution
