Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified Laboratory Supervisor to oversee laboratory operations and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily laboratory operations and workflow
  • Ensure compliance with CBAHI standards and hospital policies
  • Supervise laboratory staff and duty schedules
  • Maintain quality control and safety procedures
  • Coordinate with medical and administrative departments
  • Prepare reports and monitor laboratory KPIs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences
  • Valid SCFHS classification

One of the following is mandatory:

  1. Specialist with a minimum of 4 years of experience

  2. Laboratory Supervisor with at least 1 year of supervisory experience

  3. Experience in hospital laboratories

  4. Good command of English
  5. Strong leadership and communication skills
  6. Familiarity with CBAHI accreditation requirements is preferred
