Sealer Paint

Role & responsibilities

• Apply sealant evenly to key body areas such as welded seams, doors, trunks, and floors.
• Operate manual sealing equipment to maintain consistent bead thickness and pattern.
• Clean body surfaces before and after sealing to prevent contamination and ensure quality.
• Check sealant quality (thickness/adhesion/appearance) and perform immediate repairs if needed.
• Coordinate with other team including assembly teams to prevent process-related quality issues.
• Strictly follow safety rules and chemical handling standards (including VOC management).
• Regularly check and adjust the pressure, temperature sealing equipment.
• Assist in training new operators and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Report any process or equipment abnormalities immediately and participate in corrective actions.
• Check oven curing conditions after sealing to ensure adhesion strength and appearance quality.

Preferred candidate profile

Education: Diploma In Engineering

Major: Automobile / Mechanical

Knowledge: Knowledge of paint and sealing processes, materials, and functions (waterproofing, soundproofing, corrosion protection)

Skill: English communication skill, Skilled in controlling and maintaining sealant bead thickness, pattern, and adhesion

Certificate: Other industrial certifications

Experience: 3 ~ 4 years in Automobile Manufacturing Industry
