Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Structural Design Engineer - Modular Building, based in Al Jubayl. The primary responsibilities include performing structural analyses, designing and reviewing construction plans, and leading a team responsible for modular building projects. The role requires regular coordination with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and utilizing design software tools to develop and optimize structural plans. Additional responsibilities include quality assurance, addressing project challenges, and preparing reports as required.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Structural Analysis and Structural Engineering to assess, design, and manage structural integrity in modular construction projects.
  • Strong foundation in Civil Engineering principles relevant to construction and structural projects.
  • Expertise in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and AutoCAD software to create and refine designs.
  • Excellent project management and leadership abilities to manage a team and oversee project timelines effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in modular building projects and familiarity with local regulatory standards are advantageous.
