Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in Jubail. The Sales Engineer will work closely with clients to understand their technical needs and provide tailored solutions. Daily responsibilities include managing the technical aspects of sales processes, offering technical support, conducting presentations, and fostering long-term customer relationships. Additional tasks involve supporting clients with product specifications and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing their inquiries and concerns effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Sales Engineering and Sales-related activities, including proposal generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Strong Technical Support skills to understand client requirements and provide accurate product or system recommendations.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work collaboratively in a team or independently.
  • Experience in laboratory piping systems, high-purity gas distribution, or related fields is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, or a related discipline.
