Position Overview

MoneyDo is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Investment Analyst to support the company's real estate investment activities. This full-time position will be responsible for conducting market research, financial modeling, and project evaluation to identify high-potential investment opportunities.

The Investment Analyst will work closely with internal teams and external partners to provide data-driven insights that drive MoneyDo's strategic decisions and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Research and Analysis

●     Conduct in-depth research on Saudi Arabia's real estate market, including trends, opportunities, and risks.

●     Analyze industry data, economic indicators, and competitor activity to inform investment strategies.

●     Prepare detailed market reports and presentations for internal use and investor communication.

2. Financial Modeling and Project Evaluation

●     Develop financial models to assess the feasibility and potential returns of real estate projects.

●     Evaluate the financial performance of investment opportunities, considering risk factors and regulatory compliance.

●     Collaborate with fund managers and developers to gather accurate project data for analysis.

3. Portfolio Monitoring and Reporting

●     Monitor the performance of MoneyDo's real estate investments, identifying areas for improvement.

●     Prepare periodic reports on portfolio performance, including key metrics and risk assessments.

●     Provide insights to senior leadership to optimize investment decisions.

Qualifications and Experience

1. Education

●     Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field (required).

●     Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) or certifications (e.g., CFA, CMA) are a bonus.

●     CME certifications (e.g., CME-1, CME-2) are a bonus and will be considered an advantage.

2. Professional Experience

●     Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in investment analysis, financial modeling, or related roles.

●     Experience in real estate investment analysis or familiarity with Saudi Arabia's real estate market is highly desirable.

3. Skills and Competencies

●     Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling.

●     Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.

●     Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, particularly CMA guidelines, is an advantage.
