Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Orbus iServer Specialist to support, maintain, and enhance our enterprise architecture repository using the Orbus iServer platform. The specialist will ensure accurate modelling, governance, and documentation of business processes, applications, data, and technology landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

iServer Administration & Support

• Manage day-to-day administration of the Orbus iServer platform.
• Ensure proper configuration, user access control, and repository management.
• Lead system upgrades, updates, and integration activities.

Architecture Modelling & Repository Management

• Create and maintain business, application, data, and technology architecture models.
• Develop and enforce modelling standards and governance in line with industry frameworks (TOGAF, ArchiMate, BPMN, etc.).
• Maintain high-quality metadata, diagrams, and architectural documentation.

Process & Workflow Enablement

• Build and manage workflows, templates, and model structures within iServer.
• Support process mapping, capability modelling, and value-stream documentation.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with Enterprise Architects, Business Analysts, and IT teams to capture and model requirements.
• Provide guidance and training to teams on iServer usage, modelling standards, and best practices.

Reporting & Insights

• Generate dashboards, impact analysis reports, and architectural insights using iServer tools.
• Ensure architectural data accuracy for decision-making.

Integration & Data Management

• Support integration between iServer and other IT systems (CMDB, project tools, data platforms).
• Manage imports, exports, and data synchronisation activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture or iServer administration.
• Hands-on experience with Orbus iServer, iServer365 is a plus.
• Strong understanding of EA frameworks: TOGAF, ArchiMate, BPMN, UML.
• Experience in process mapping and architecture modelling.
• Knowledge of ITSM, CMDB, cloud technologies is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in TOGAF / ArchiMate (optional but desirable).
• Experience in enterprise transformation or cloud modernization initiatives.
• Ability to train teams and enforce modelling governance.
