Responsibilities:
- Provide first aid and emergency medical assistance to employees in case of injury or illness at the workplace.
- Conduct pre-employment, periodic, and return-to-work medical checkups.
- Monitor employees exposed to occupational hazards such as chemicals, noise, or dust.
- Organize health awareness, vaccination, and wellness programs for employees.
- Maintain accurate medical and incident records and prepare reports on workplace injuries and health trends.
- Ensure proper maintenance of first aid kits and emergency medical equipment at all sites.
- Conduct first aid and BLS (Basic Life Support) training sessions for employees.
- Coordinate with clinics, hospitals, and insurance providers for employee medical needs.
- Support HR and Management in implementing health policies, safety standards, and statutory compliance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Qualification: Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Nursing (Registered Nurse).
- Certification: Occupational Health Nursing certification preferred.
Skills Required:
Strong first aid and emergency care handling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good record-keeping and documentation ability.
Ability to maintain medical confidentiality and work independently.
