Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Commercial Equipment Salesperson to manage and grow sales of professional kitchen and hospitality equipment to restaurants, hotels, cafés, catering companies, and institutional kitchens. The ideal candidate will build strong client relationships, identify project opportunities, and deliver tailored equipment solutions that meet customer operational and budget requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage sales of commercial kitchen and hospitality equipment (cooking, refrigeration, dishwashing, ventilation, preparation, and laundry equipment).
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HORECA sector (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, chefs, purchasing managers, consultants, and project managers.
  • Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders.
  • Conduct site visits to assess client needs and recommend suitable equipment solutions.
  • Coordinate with engineering, after-sales, logistics, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals profitably.
  • Track market trends, competitors, and new product developments.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, CRM updates, and reporting to management.
  • Support exhibitions, product launches, and client demonstrations when required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2–5 years of sales experience in commercial kitchen equipment, hospitality supplies, or B2B project sales.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant and hotel operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to read basic technical drawings or equipment specifications is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working with consultants, contractors, or government projects.
  • Knowledge of international commercial equipment brands.
  • Experience handling turnkey kitchen projects.
