Desired Candidate Profile

1-Act as the primary point of communication with Riyadh Bank representatives.
2-Oversee design compliance, construction supervision, project planning, and progress monitoring.
3-Chair weekly coordination and technical meetings with contractors and stakeholders.
4-Review and approve shop drawings, materials, method statements, and technical submittals.
5-Monitor project schedule, risks, and milestones.
6-Ensure compliance with SBC codes and bank facility standards.
7-Issue instructions, NCRs, and ensure corrective actions.
8-Review invoices, claims, and variation submissions.
9-Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.

Bachelor's in Engineering or Architecture; PMP preferred.
12+ years of experience in major building projects.
