Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Saudi National Data Analytics Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in data analysis, transformation, and reporting. The ideal candidate will play a key role in collecting, cleaning, and preparing data for business insights, supporting analytics and reporting needs across the organization. This role is ideal for candidates who have a passion for data, strong technical skills, and a desire to grow in analytics and data engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and process data from multiple sources to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
  • Design and develop data pipelines and workflows to automate data ingestion and transformation.
  • Support the development of dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar visualization tools.
  • Collaborate with business teams to understand analytical requirements and translate them into data solutions.
  • Work closely with IT and BI teams to optimize data storage, models, and queries.
  • Assist in maintaining and improving data warehouses or data lakes.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot data issues and support regular updates or refreshes of analytical datasets.
  • Document data processes, workflows, and technical specifications.
  • Stay current with emerging data engineering and analytics tools and best practices.
Requirements

Skills Required:

  • 2–3 years of experience in data analytics or data engineering.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data querying.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, Excel, or similar BI tools.
  • Understanding of ETL concepts and data integration.
  • Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and database concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
