Full-Time Clinical Researcher - Medical Research

About us:

You will:

  • Conduct rapid/systematic reviews (PRISMA)
  • Draft protocols and IRB submissions
  • Clean/analyze data (R/Python/SPSS/Stata)
  • Create publication-grade figures/tables
  • Format/submit to journals; manage revisions
  • Maintain EndNote/Zotero libraries

You have:
MSc/PhD (epi/biostats/public health/biomedical sciences) or strong publication record; solid statistics; excellent academic writing; EndNote/Zotero.

Role purpose:
Own the end-to-end research pipeline: evidence synthesis, protocol/IRB, data analysis, figures/tables, submission through acceptance.

Key responsibilities

  • Rapid + systematic reviews (PRISMA), evidence tables, executive briefs
  • Protocols, consent forms, IRB packages; renewals/amendments
  • Data cleaning/analysis; appropriate models; publication-grade figures/tables
  • Manuscript preparation/submission; reviewer responses and revisions
  • EndNote/Zotero per Vancouver/ICMJE; version control for drafts/data
  • Reusable slide/figure library for updates and talks.

Required qualifications:

  • MSc/PhD or equivalent track record; statistics (R/Python; SPSS/Stata acceptable)
  • Strong academic writing; reliable on deadlines
  • Familiar with PRISMA/CONSORT/ICMJE; reference management

Success metrics (first 90 days)
Tracker + SOPs; one IRB/renewal; one manuscript draft or revision; monthly evidence brief.
