Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a STEM Trainer based in Riyadh. The STEM Trainer will develop and deliver engaging, hands-on training sessions in Robotics, Coding, AI, and other technology-focused subjects. Responsibilities include creating lesson plans aligned with Otomatiks' structured curriculum, guiding students in applying STEM concepts through real-world projects, troubleshooting technical challenges, and fostering an innovative, collaborative learning environment. The trainer will also work closely with parents, teachers, and school partners to provide effective and engaging educational experiences.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in teaching STEM-related subjects such as Robotics, Coding, Artificial Intelligence, IoT, and Machine Learning
  • Experience with industry-standard tools like Python, Arduino, and MIT Scratch
  • Ability to design and implement content-aligned lesson plans and communicate complex concepts effectively
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with students and collaborate with parents and educators
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Passion for technology and education with a commitment to fostering innovation and creativity in students
  • Previous teaching or training experience in STEM fields is preferred
