About the Role

We seek a
Market Analyst
specializing in Market Research and Energy Economics to join our strategic planning team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, supply chain analytics, and strategic pricing within the energy or utility sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth market analysis and economic forecasting for the energy and infrastructure sectors.
  • Develop scenario models and simulations (e.g., PLEXOS, PROMOD) to forecast demand, pricing, and investment trends.
  • Perform commodity price forecasting and macroeconomic correlation studies.
  • Evaluate vendor and contractor capabilities through benchmarking and market performance analysis.
  • Support risk-adjusted cost modeling, contingency planning, and historical cost benchmarking.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in energy market or supply chain analysis.
  • Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) and/or PMI-RMP preferred.
  • Proficiency in data analytics, dashboard creation, and cost modeling.
  • Strong understanding of regional and global energy market trends.
