Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Chief Technology Officer (CTO) position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The CTO will oversee the company's technology strategy and infrastructure. Day-to-day tasks include leading software development initiatives, managing technical teams, defining IT strategies, and designing enterprise architecture. The role also involves driving innovation and ensuring that technology solutions align with business objectives to foster growth and competitive advantage.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Software Development and Product Development.
  • Strong expertise in IT Strategy and Architecture, with the ability to align technology initiatives with business goals.
  • Proficiency in Project Management and the ability to lead and mentor cross-functional technical teams.
  • Strategic thinking and strong leadership skills tailored to technology-driven environments.
  • Advanced knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in the tech industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Experience in executive leadership roles and decision-making in a technology-driven company is highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with SAMA regulated Fintech a big plus
  • Arabic/English fluent proficiency a must
