Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data management strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by establishing and enforcing data quality standards.
  • Design and maintain data governance frameworks and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and data standards.
  • Implement data cleansing and validation processes to improve data quality.
  • Monitor and analyze data to identify and resolve data issues and anomalies.
  • Develop and maintain documentation and data dictionaries for data assets.
  • Implement data security measures and access controls to protect sensitive data.
  • Participate in data migration and integration projects.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data management.

Requirements

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Management Officer or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of data management principles and methodologies.
  • Experience in implementing data governance frameworks and processes.
  • Knowledge of data quality management practices and techniques.
  • Familiarity with data security and privacy measures.
  • Proficiency in SQL and database management.
  • Experience with data cleansing and validation processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
