Role Overview

We're looking for a
Senior Performance Media Buyer
to join our growing marketing team.

You'll be responsible for leading high-performing paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat using KePixel's powerful AI-driven insights to scale performance efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat.
  • Analyze campaign data daily to identify optimization opportunities and maintain strong ROAS.
  • Leverage KePixel's AI tracking to improve audience segmentation and conversion accuracy.
  • Conduct A/B tests for creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
  • Collaborate with the creative and content teams to align messaging with brand goals.
  • Report on performance metrics, attribution accuracy, and budget pacing.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, ad platform policies, and privacy changes.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in performance marketing or media buying.
  • Proven record managing ad budgets of
    $50K+/month
    .
  • Deep understanding of
    Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads
    .
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using
    GA4 and conversion tracking tools
    .
  • Familiarity with
    server-side tracking (CAPI, GTM, Stape, etc.)
    .
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SaaS or eCommerce marketing.
  • Familiarity with
    KePixel
    or similar tracking solutions.
  • Experience with automation and AI-based optimization tools.
