Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Chief Operating Officer role located in Jeddah. The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will oversee daily operations, enhance organizational efficiency, and implement operational strategies to meet business goals. They will work closely with executive leadership to execute business planning, manage resources, and ensure alignment with the company's mission. The COO will also oversee budgeting, evaluate operational procedures for continuous improvement, and manage cross-departmental collaboration to support overall business success.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Business Planning to devise and implement effective strategic growth plans
  • Strong capabilities in Operations Management, including streamlining processes for organizational efficiency
  • Proven Analytical Skills to evaluate performances, data trends, and support informed decision-making
  • Experience in Finance and Budgeting, including resource allocation and cost management
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in building cross-functional team dynamics and driving alignment among stakeholders
  • Previous experience in the healthcare or medical industry is a significant advantage
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
