Head Barista

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Head Barista role based in Al Ahsa. The Head Barista will be responsible for overseeing daily coffee operations, preparing high-quality beverages, and managing a team of baristas to ensure excellent customer service. Additional duties include maintaining the cleanliness of the work area, managing inventory, and delivering a welcoming environment that enhances the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Barista skills with experience in coffee preparation, including knowledge of brewing techniques and machine maintenance
• Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
• Interpersonal skills to manage and train a team, as well as create a positive work environment
• Basic Food Preparation knowledge to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Previous leadership experience in a similar role is a plus
