Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Survey Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Survey Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our organization's land surveying and mapping projects, ensuring accurate data collection and analysis for various construction and infrastructure initiatives.

• Conduct field surveys using advanced surveying equipment and GPS technology
• Analyze survey data and prepare detailed reports, maps, and plans
• Perform calculations and data processing to ensure survey accuracy
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to meet project requirements
• Utilize AutoCAD and other design software to create precise survey drawings
• Ensure compliance with local land laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia
• Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment for optimal performance
• Supervise and mentor junior surveyors and technicians
• Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of accuracy in all survey work
• Stay updated on the latest surveying technologies and methodologies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Professional surveying license or certification (e.g., Licensed Land Surveyor)
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in land surveying or a related field
• Proficiency in using surveying equipment, GPS, and GIS technologies
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and other relevant design software
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
• Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Understanding of local land laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia
• Familiarity with construction and infrastructure projects
• Willingness to work in various outdoor environments in Riyadh and surrounding areas
• Ability to work efficiently and organize tasks effectively
• Strong teamwork skills and capacity to lead survey teams when required
