Matcha Barista

to be the heart of our café, serving delicious, hand-crafted matcha drinks with a smile.

Your Role

As a Matcha Barista/Cashier, you'll be part of the team bringing Happyland's vision to life. You'll whisk matcha by hand, craft beautiful drinks, and create a welcoming experience for every guest. Beyond daily operations, you'll also have a voice in shaping our seasonal menu by providing your creative input.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and hand-whisk matcha.
• Maintain the matcha station, ensure ingredients are well-stocked and equipment is clean and functioning.
• Operate the POS system and handle transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Open and close the store depending on the assigned shift.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and workspace.
• Operate soft-serve machine and assist with it's weekly cleaning and maintenance.
• Collaborate with the team on new flavor development and menu ideas.
• Provide exceptional customer service, creating a warm, friendly, and inviting atmosphere.
• Handle customer feedback with care and professionalism.

Who We're Looking For:

• Previous experience as a
  barista

in a customer-facing role

Location

JAX District, Diriyah – Riyadh

Hours

• Opening Date: Mid-November
• Standard Operating Hours: 11:00 AM – 12:00 AM
• Ramadan Hours: 8:00 PM – 3:00 AM
• Team members will work
  6-8 hour shifts (

rotating day and night shifts).
- 1 day off a week (to be allocated based on rotating shifts)
