About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced
Site Project Engineer/Manage
r to lead and oversee engineering projects from initiation to completion. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Lead multidisciplinary project teams and ensure alignment with goals.
  • Manage resources efficiently and monitor project performance against KPIs.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare and present project progress reports, forecasts, and documentation.
  • Planning, developing, monitoring, and updating project schedules to ensure timely delivery and effective coordination between all project disciplines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Engineering (Civil, Architecture, Electrical, or related field).
  • Minimum
    6 years of experience
    in
    Site Project Engineer/Manager
    within an engineering environment.
  • Proficiency in
    MS Project, Primavera
    , or similar tools.
  • Strong
    planning
    skills
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
