Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Jeddah for a Field Sales Executive with strong experience in power tools and hand tools.

The role involves identifying new business opportunities, expanding the customer base, and achieving sales targets through daily field visits and client engagements. Responsibilities include product presentations, negotiating contracts, coordinating with internal teams, and representing the company at industry events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily field visits to distributors, workshops, contractors, hardware stores, and industrial clients in Jeddah.
  • Achieve monthly sales and distribution targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
  • Present and promote company products, including hands-on technical demonstrations.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Negotiate sales deals and secure contracts effectively.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular sales reports, market feedback, and competitive insights.
  • Represent BRO GLOBAL at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
  • Minimum 3 years' field sales experience in power tools, hand tools, construction materials, or industrial equipment.
  • Existing customer network in Jeddah is a strong advantage.
  • Must own a car and hold a valid Saudi driving license.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience with international tool brands or industrial equipment agencies is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
