We are looking for a seasoned
Project Manager (Finishing)
with a minimum of
10 years of experience
to lead our site teams and deliver world-class interior projects. The ideal candidate is a master of detail, a strong leader, and an expert in managing the complex lifecycle of high-end fit-out works.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Project Execution:
    Oversee luxury fit-out projects from mobilization to final handover, ensuring they meet BAUMAT's high standards.
  • Site & Sub-contractor Management:
    Coordinate with site engineers, architects, and specialized sub-contractors (joinery, marble, MEP, and gypsum).
  • Quality Assurance:
    Conduct rigorous site inspections to ensure finishing works are flawless and align with approved shop drawings.
  • Budget & Timeline Control:
    Manage project schedules (Primavera/MS Project) and budgets to ensure zero cost overruns and on-time delivery.
  • Stakeholder Liaison:
    Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and designers, ensuring clear communication and expectations.
  • Material Procurement:
    Review and approve material samples and ensure timely delivery of high-lead items to the site.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience:
    10+ years in the Fit-out/Finishing industry (Saudi/GCC experience is highly preferred).
  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
  • Technical Skills:
    Proficiency in AutoCAD; familiarity with BIM/Revit and Primavera P6 is a major plus.
  • Leadership:
    Proven ability to manage large site teams and handle high-pressure deadlines.
  • Certifications:
    PMP certification and registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) are preferred.
