Requirements & Qualifications

Essential Requirements

• Educational background and certifications:
   Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum years of experience and specific industry experience:
   At least 4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably within tech or digital product industries.
• Core technical skills and proficiencies required:
   Strong proficiency in UI/UX design principles, user research methodologies, and prototyping techniques.
• Critical soft skills and behavioral competencies:
   Excellent communication, teamwork, and user-centered design focus.

Technical Qualifications

• Specific software, tools, and technologies:
   Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, and InVision.
