Mitsumi Distribution is seeking a results-driven Retail Sales Account Manager to manage and grow the computing category business ( laptop, desktop and all in one) across assigned retail accounts in Saudi Arabia.
In the role you will be responsible for driving sales of computing products and related products into retail stores and partners. This includes account management, demand planning, product training, and promotional execution to maximize brand visibility and sell-through.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with key retail partners and IT resellers.
- Drive sales by pitching new launches and offers
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, product) to ensure alignment.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment in stores.
- Analyze sales trends and market demand to forecast and plan orders.
- Conduct in-store visits to audit product display, branding, and competitor activities.
- Provide product and sales training to retail floor staff to enhance product push.
- Coordinate promotional activities, pricing campaigns, and point-of-sale visibility.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets as assigned.
- Generate regular sales reports, feedback, and competitive intelligence for management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in IT hardware sales or consumer electronics distribution.
- Solid understanding of laptop/PC categories and the retail landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and sales reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel locally for retail visits and meetings.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with brands like HP, Dell, Lenovo, ASUS, or Acer.
- Existing network of retail buyers, merchandisers, and store decision-makers.
- Familiarity with inventory and sell-in/sell-through dynamics.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet targets.
