The Junior Graphic Designer plays a key role in delivering high-quality visual materials that support the organization's branding and marketing objectives. This position is responsible for designing and producing graphics for a wide range of digital and print applications, ensuring all creative outputs adhere to established brand guidelines and quality standards. The specialist collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to translate project requirements into effective visual solutions, prepares production-ready files, and maintains organized design assets. Additionally, the role contributes to enhancing visual communication through image optimization, layout refinement, and the development of occasional motion or animated assets.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

· Bachelors degree in graphic design or related field.

· Fresh Graduate / 1 year experience ( internship is accepted )

· Creativity and Visual Communication – Ability to generate innovative design concepts and effectively convey messages visually.

· Design Software Proficiency – Skilled in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.

· Attention to Detail – Ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality across all design outputs.

· Time Management & Project Organization – Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
