We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping and driving our marketing success across the Middle East, with a strong focus on Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

As a true strategic partner to our Sales teams, you will lead localized marketing initiatives that inspire customers, strengthen partnerships, and drive business growth. Your efforts will directly contribute to empowering local communities, building trusted relationships, and celebrating the vibrant business landscape of Saudi Arabia.Please note: This position is open to Saudi Nationals only.

Key Accountabilities

Drive Impactful Local Marketing

  • Execute regional and local marketing plans with excellence, tailored to the Saudi and UAE markets.
  • Develop creative, localized marketing activities and events that resonate with Saudi customers, foster strong communities, and drive qualified leads.
  • Adapt strategies quickly in response to evolving market trends, customer feedback, or new opportunities.

Be a Trusted Partner to Sales

  • Work side by side with Sales teams to ensure all marketing activities directly support revenue growth and customer acquisition.
  • Localize global sales toolkits, coordinate delivery, and support training to empower the team.
  • Develop compelling Saudi success stories and case studies that showcase impact and inspire customers.
  • Partner with Sales on high-impact customer presentations to strengthen relationships and drive business.

Champion the Brand in Saudi Arabia

  • Ensure brand values are consistently represented while bringing a local Saudi touch that enhances authenticity and trust.
  • Deliver campaigns and materials that not only build recognition but also deepen connections with Saudi customers and partners.

Optimize Resources & Budget

  • Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships, cost efficiencies, and innovative marketing approaches that deliver measurable impact.
