The Role
We are looking for an Architect / Interior Designer skilled in Interior Design and 3D modeling presentations to join our design team in Riyadh, with good design expertise, proven management ability, and the flexibility to thrive in a dynamic environment.

You will oversee projects from the earliest conceptual phases through to execution, working closely with project managers, site supervisors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure design integrity and seamless delivery, you will also set up systems for efficiency, and provide creative direction for our projects.

What You'll Do
- Prepare Interior design presentation on all the design processes, from concept to completion.

  • Set up and oversee workflows, filing systems, and productivity tools.

  • Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Be the key link between the studio, clients, and site operations, ensuring consistency and timely delivery.

  • Safeguard design quality, technical accuracy, and compliance with regulations.

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.

  • Contribute directly to design work, drawings, and site visits when needed.

  • Keep up to date with design trends, materials, and technologies relevant to our work.

What We're Looking For
- Architect / Interior designer at least 10 years of senior-level architectural and specially interior experience.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing design excellence and technical expertise.

  • While managing multiple projects.

  • Solid project management and coordination skills.

  • Fluent English (spoken and written), with excellent ability to prepare reports, presentations, and documents also fluent Arabic spoken and writing will be appreciated.

  • Strong communication skills with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.

  • Proficiency to include but not limited to MS Office, Photoshop, AutoCAD, 3D Max, V ray, SketchUp, Lumion, other 3D visualization software and BIM work flow.

  • Comfortable working in a small, entrepreneurial studio where adaptability and multi-tasking are essential.

Nice to Have
- Experience in high end interiors in Health Care Hospitality Commercial and residential projects.

  • Registered Architect / professional certification.

  • Experience contributing to business development or client presentations.

  • Experience with AI design programs
