Title: Financial Planning & Analysis Manager Reports To: Head of Finance / CFO Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical FP&A Manager. In this role, you will lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic analysis to support data-driven decision-making across the organisation. The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen with excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals. Prepare and present monthly management reporting, KPI dashboards, and variance analysis to senior leadership. Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives, scenario planning, and business case evaluations. Partner with business units to provide insights on performance, risks, and opportunities. Drive improvements in reporting automation, planning tools, and financial processes. Support long-range planning and contribute to strategic financial decisions. Provide coaching and guidance to junior analysts within the FP&A team. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred). Professional certifications such as CMA, CPA, or CFA are a plus. 8 – 10 years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial modeling, or corporate finance, prior leadership or mentoring experience preferred. Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis; experience with ERP and planning tools (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, Anaplan) is an advantage. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
