About our client This is a unique opportunity to be the face of a venture debt fund in Riyadh as a Director/Partner level hire, focusing on expansion in the Saudi market. With a proven track record in venture debt, the firm has sanctioned over a billion dollars to date. What the job involves Help secure and deploy venture debt investments across the Saudi market, leveraging local and international relationships Work closely with the existing global team, with plans to expand and build a dedicated team in Riyadh Play a critical role in sourcing and managing deals within the ecosystem in Saudi Arabia, with a focus on deploying out of their venture debt fund Engage with high-profile venture capital and private equity relationships to assist with fundraising efforts, while cherry-picking investments from top-performing companies Oversee the firm's ongoing investments, ensuring high returns, and contributing to long-term strategic initiatives Who we are looking for A senior-level candidate with a strong background in venture debt/private credit and investment ecosystems within Saudi Arabia Proven experience in sourcing and managing deals, particularly within venture debt or similar financial services Local Saudi market expertise is essential Technical skills in investment management and deal execution are critical, though personality fit and relationship-building capabilities are key hiring criteria This role will not initially involve leading a team, but the candidate will have the opportunity to build out a team in the region over time #LI-OG1 You will be redirected to the company’s website – you must complete the application on their platform to apply.
