Position OverviewSeeking an experienced Project Manager to lead post-contract construction projects from groundbreaking to handover. This on-site role requires 10+ years of construction project management experience delivering complex commercial real estate developments. Aramco projects experience is preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesManage construction phase execution for projects valued $10M-$20M+Provide daily on-site presence ensuring quality, safety, and schedule complianceCoordinate contractors, subcontractors, and trades through construction completionMonitor construction progress against approved drawings and specificationsManage construction budgets, change orders, and cost control processesConduct regular site inspections and quality assurance reviewsChair weekly construction meetings with all project stakeholdersEnsure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and permit requirementsManage project closeout including testing, commissioning, and client handoverMaintain detailed project documentation and progress reportingRequired Qualifications10+ years construction project management experience in commercial real estateBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or ArchitectureProven track record managing construction projects $10M+ to successful completionStrong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety protocolsExperience with construction contracts, change order management, and claims resolutionProficiency in MS Suite and project management softwareExcellent communication skills for contractor and client interfaceAbility to work full-time on construction sitesLocation: On-site -Al Khobar, SAUIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.
