STRUCTURAL has been established in UAE since 2008 and has offices/operations in Qatar and KSA.We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to be based in our Saudi Arabia office. As a Project Manager for STRUCTURAL, you will be responsible for managing complex construction projects that make the structures of the UAE and GCC stronger and last longer. This Project Manager position will be project based with possibility of continued employment thereafter. The project is expected to last 2-3 years.As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for:Managing self-performed complex repair and restoration projectsPreparing contracts and negotiating revisions while working with internal contracts teams as neededDeveloping and managing schedules in collaboration with field leadershipMaintaining profit & loss responsibility as well as other project financials including projections, etc.Providing strong leadership, mentorship and supervision to Project Managers, Field Managers, Project Engineers, and subcontractorsWorking closely with in-house Estimators and Sales teams to assist in reviewing bids and developing proposals.Evaluating risk and loss exposure on projects managedDeveloping and maintaining strong customer relationshipsDemonstrating dedication to safety and quality control on all projectsCandidates who meet the following criteria may be considered for this exciting position:Excellent written and verbal English communication and technical writingBachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering/construction management or related field of study5+ years of relevant experience within the Commercial construction and / or restoration industryAbility to speak and write in Arabic preferredDemonstrated capability to successfully manage construction projects.Previous experience managing projects that include structural concrete repair, waterproofing, façade repair and/or historic restoration.Proven knowledge of computer-based programs including Microsoft Office as well as project management and forecasting toolsStrong leadership skills to effectively train and mentor others.The ability to work effectively with a teamCapable of managing multiple projects and ensuring successful and on-time deliveryJob location is Saudi Arabia but should be flexible to travel and work for extended periods across the GCCOur ideal candidate is an innovative but decisive individual who can work effectively in a highly collaborative, team-based environment; has the ability to set goals and expectations and hold others accountable; can encourage and mentor others; is approachable, empathetic and outgoing; can quickly gain trust and respect; and is able to establish and maintain relationships.STRUCTURAL is proud of a company culture that promotes 24/7 safety and quality.
