Jumeirah is synonymous with Arabian luxury hospitality and the ability to craft distinctive, purposeful experiences for the world's most discerning travellers.About the JobAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Technician to join the Engineering team at Jumeirah The Red Sea.The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, switchgear, control panels, and emergency systemsInspect and repair electrical faults in guest rooms, kitchens, laundry, HVAC systems, and other operational areasMaintain proper and safe condition of all Plant, Plant Rooms, Equipment and Work areas.Comply with JEMS and all Fire, Life, Health, and Safety Standards.Ensure all electrical installations comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements.Respond promptly to maintenance requests and guest complaints, ensuring timely resolutionAbout YouThe ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:Hold a Diploma or Certificate in Electrical Trade Person.Have at least a grade 10 level in education with a good moral background in his educational attainment.Possess software competencies - Microsoft Office programs (Intermediate).Demonstrate good oral and written communication is an advantage.Have 1+ years of experience in the technical department.About the BenefitsBesides generous F&B benefits and reduced hotel rates across our hotels globally, this role has excellent employee benefits making the role attractive to high performers and any applicant who likes to associate her/himself with one of the most luxurious brands in the hospitality industry.
