HanmiGlobal Saudi is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining compliance with safety regulations. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to coordinate project activities and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement construction project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.Lead project meetings and communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on progress and address concerns.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.Monitor site activities and oversee subcontractor performance to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.Prepare project reports, including progress updates, financial reports, and change orders.Resolve conflicts and challenges that may impact project timelines or costs.Manage procurement processes for materials and equipment required on-site.Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration among project staff.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 20 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on large-scale projects.Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and regulations.Must have experience in the construction of major complex projects in the KSA and regionProficient in project management software and tools.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
