Location: Sunninghill, Gauteng
Salary: R50 000 CTC per month, negotiable depending on experience and qualifications
Permanent | Senior-Level Position
A dynamic and growing Chartered Accountancy firm based in Sunninghill is looking for an experienced Tax Manager to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a suitably qualified tax professional who is looking to take the next step in their career within a professional and dynamic environment.
- Relevant BCom / Tax qualification
- Tax-related professional qualification would be advantageous
- Minimum 10 years’ experience within a tax environment
- Strong knowledge of South African tax legislation and SARS requirements
- Experience managing tax compliance and advisory matters
- Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively
- Previous managerial or supervisory experience will be advantageous
- Must be target and deadline driven to make sure that the department meets
- Must have experience in Tax Returns, IRP6 Provisional Tax Returns, Issuing of IRP5/IT3 certificates and completion of EMP501 reconciliations, IT3T returns, Submissions of Dividend tax, STT, Customs applications and VAT/PAYE audits, objections, review and understand assessments and identify mistakes
- Advanced experience in E-filing functions and administration
- Experience in the following an advantage: Greatsoft, Easyfile, Excel
