10000 - 15000
|
• Cost Estimation: Develop conceptual, preliminary, and detailed cost estimates for Manpower, Materials, Equipment, and Subcontracts.
• Budgeting and Planning: Create comprehensive project budgets, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and cost management plans aligned with project scopes.
• Cost Control & Monitoring: Track ongoing expenditures, measure performance using Earned Value Management (EVM), and identify cost variances.
• Forecasting & Reporting: Generate periodic financial reports and forecast final project completion costs based on current market trends and site conditions.
• Change Management: Evaluate scope changes or engineering modifications and assess their financial impact on the overall budget.
|
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, or Finance.
• Experience: 5 to 15+ years of progressive cost engineering or estimating experience, specifically working on large-scale industrial, petrochemical, or oil and gas projects.
• Certifications: Professional credentials like PMP (Project Management Professional) or AACE (Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering) certifications are strongly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in cost estimating software (e.g., Aspentech CCE, Timberline), database systems (SAP), and advanced Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of international standards (AACE guidelines) is vital.
