Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with AICC’s strategic objectives.
• Conduct needs assessments across all business lines to identify skill gaps and performance improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with department heads, subject‑matter experts, and external vendors to create tailored learning solutions.
• Deliver training sessions (classroom, virtual, on‑the‑job) and oversee the facilitation of workshops, seminars, and certifications.
• Manage the full training lifecycle: from curriculum design, scheduling, logistics, evaluation, to continuous improvement.
• Maintain a robust learning management system (LMS), ensuring accurate tracking of employee progress, certifications, and compliance requirements.
• Prepare regular reports for senior leadership on training effectiveness, ROI, and workforce development metrics.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development throughout the organization.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in training and development.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Professional certifications in training & development (e.g., CPLP, ATD, SHRM‑CP) are highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and competency frameworks.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in LMS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, Moodle) and e‑learning authoring tools.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.

Desired Experience

• Minimum 7 years of experience in training, learning & development, or talent management, preferably within large, multi‑disciplinary organizations.
• Demonstrated success in designing and delivering large‑scale training programs for technical and non‑technical staff.
• Experience in the construction, engineering, or related industrial sectors is a plus.
• Track record of managing budgets, vendor relationships, and cross‑functional project teams.
