• Provide daily IT and Help Desk support and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Monitor and maintain network, communication systems, hardware, and software.
• Support hotel departments with their IT requirements and system-related issues.
• Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers when required.
• Ensure IT systems are properly maintained, secure, and available.
• Implement company IT policies related to data security, backup, and business continuity.
• Provide basic IT training and guidance to colleagues.
• Comply with hotel health, safety, security, and environmental policies. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Previous IT support experience, preferably in the hospitality industry. Good knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting. Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-service skills.
