Job Purpose
This position demands leadership and oversight of all aspects of operations on offshore rigs. The Offshore Installation Manager (OIM) serves as the Man in Charge (MIC), responsible for the safety, efficiency, and profitability of the project, adhering to strict company policies, regulations, and industry best practices. The OIM oversees and manages all resources on the rig, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to ensure the successful execution of drilling operations, maintenance activities, and adherence to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) protocols. This encompasses asset management and protection, ensuring the integrity of the rig and equipment.

• Personnel Management: Total Years of Experience (Minimum) 12 years in offshore drilling operations Relevant Experience
• Knowledge and experience in offshore oil and gas industry.
• Familiarity with top drive equipment, AC drive Jack up rigs. Education / Qualifications High School Technical Degree in Drilling Technology Certifications Valid IWCF or IADC well control certificate – Supervisor Level OIM License General Guideline and Disclaimer The employee must adhere to all applicable policies, processes, procedures, instructions, and controls, so that work is carried out in a consistent, best-in-class, safe, secure, and sustainable manner.
