KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare detailed interior design shop drawings and technical drawings..
• Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings..
• Prepare ceiling, flooring, wall, partition, joinery, and furniture details..
• Translate approved design concepts into accurate construction drawings..
• Coordinate interior drawings with MEP and other disciplines..
• Review and update drawings based on design and site requirements..
• Prepare and maintain as-built drawings..
• Coordinate with designers, engineers, contractors, and site teams..
• Ensure drawings comply with approved designs, specifications, and project standards.. REQUIREMENTS
• 3+ years of experience as an Interior Design Draftsman..
• Strong experience in residential and commercial interior projects..
• Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD..
• Strong knowledge of interior detailing, materials, finishes, joinery, and furniture details..
• Ability to read and coordinate architectural and MEP drawings..
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy..
