Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and manage daily domestic and international air freight operations.
• Organize air shipments, plan transportation activities, and coordinate with airlines, handling agents, and logistics partners.
• Monitor shipment progress to ensure timely deliveries and compliance with customer requirements.
• Request and negotiate air freight rates with airlines and service providers to ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Maintain regular communication with customers, suppliers, airlines, overseas agents, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare, verify, and manage air freight documentation, including Air Waybills (AWBs), commercial invoices, packing lists, and other relevant shipping documents.
• Ensure compliance with applicable customs regulations, aviation security requirements, and international shipping procedures.
• Proactively identify and resolve operational issues, flight delays, capacity constraints, and transportation claims.
• Monitor shipment milestones, transit times, and operational KPIs to support service quality and continuous improvement.
• Ensure accurate shipment data and timely updates in internal systems.
• Coordinate import and export shipments, including customs clearance and final delivery arrangements.
• Optimize routing options and shipment consolidation to improve efficiency and control transportation costs.

Your Profile
• Previous experience in air freight, freight forwarding, transport coordination, or international logistics.
• Good knowledge of air freight operations, import/export procedures, and international logistics processes.
• Familiarity with air freight documentation, including Air Waybills (AWBs), and customs clearance procedures.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under time constraints.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
• A customer-focused mindset, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with a Transport Management System (TMS), ERP systems, or freight forwarding software is a plus.
