Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (on-site) Level: Mid-level (4 to 7 years' experience) About DWP IT Arabia DWP IT Arabia is a Riyadh-based enterprise technology firm and part of DWP Group. We are an Odoo Silver Partner and SAP Business One partner delivering ERP implementations to clients across Saudi Arabia. The role We are hiring a hands-on ERP Project Manager to run multiple concurrent Odoo and SAP Business One implementations for our Saudi clients. You will own project status, client communication and coordination between our delivery teams from kickoff to go-live. This is a delivery role. We need someone who keeps projects moving, keeps clients and management informed, and raises issues early. What you will do Manage multiple concurrent ERP implementation projects end to end Maintain project plans, status reporting, risk and issue logs for every project Act as the primary day-to-day contact for the client's project team, in Arabic Follow up on client deliverables such as master data, sign-offs and UAT feedback Coordinate functional and technical delivery teams on priorities and timelines Run project meetings and document decisions and actions Track scope against the contract and manage change requests Coordinate UAT, training, go-live and support handover Must have Currently residing in Saudi Arabia with a transferable iqama, or Saudi national. Candidates outside KSA will not be considered. Native or fluent Arabic, spoken and written, plus professional English 4 to 7 years in ERP delivery, with at least 2 years managing implementation projects end to end Hands-on experience with Odoo or SAP Business One implementations. Odoo preferred. Experience with Saudi SME and mid-market clients, including ZATCA e-invoicing requirements Strong organisation and follow-up discipline Nice to have PMP, PRINCE2 or similar certification Functional knowledge of finance, inventory or manufacturing modules Experience in a partner or consulting environment
