Jeddah, Saudi Arabia Department: Internal Audit Employment Type: Full-time Job SummaryAl Amal Ice Cream is seeking an experienced Senior Internal Auditor to evaluate internal controls, assess operational and compliance risks, and ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in operational and risk-based internal auditing, with particular emphasis on Human Resources, General Services, Facilities Management, Fixed Assets, Procurement, and Administrative Operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute risk-based internal audits across company departments and business functions.
• Conduct operational, compliance, and financial audits, with a strong focus on HR, General Services, Facilities, and Administrative Operations.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, policies, procedures, and approval processes.
• Review HR processes, including recruitment, payroll, employee benefits, attendance, and compliance with internal policies.
• Audit facilities management, maintenance activities, company properties, and fixed asset controls.
• Review procurement activities, vendor management, contracts, and administrative expenditures.
• Identify control weaknesses, operational risks, and areas for process improvement.
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports, including findings, risk assessments, and practical recommendations.
• Follow up on corrective action plans and monitor the implementation of audit recommendations.
• Support management in strengthening governance, accountability, and regulatory compliance. Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in internal auditing.
• Demonstrated experience in operational audits covering HR, General Services, Facilities Management, or Administrative Functions.
• Strong knowledge of risk-based auditing, internal controls, and compliance frameworks.
• Ability to assess business processes, identify risks, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP systems.
• Professional certifications such as CIA, ACCA, CPA, or SOCPA are an advantage.
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or multi-branch organizations is preferred.
